Are your products all natural?

We use nature's finest ingredients to produce our products.  Our oils and butters are all natural except where noted.  For example, some fragrance oils we use to scent butters and soaps are not all natural.  However, these fragrances are skin safe and phthalate-free.  We use preservatives that are formaldehyde and paraben-free for products that contain or may come in contact with water to protect you against the growth of  harmful microbes.

Why is the consistency of a product I ordered previously different from my recent order?

We use natural and organic ingredients with no harmful drugs or synthetic stabilizers. Due to the nature of these ingredients, the consistency and scent may vary, but product efficacy remains in tact.


What carrier do you use to ship products?

We ship all packages via USPS First Class Package.

When will my order ship?

 Same day shipping is available on most orders if placed before 12 pm Central time.  Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and shipping.  Once an order is ready to be shipped, an email notification with tracking will be provided.   Typically, you should allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

What if I need to return a product?

We're sure you will love our products!  However, we do accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  Please note that due to the nature of our products, returns will only be accepted for unopened/unused products.  If there is a problem with your order, please let us know so we can give you the great customer service experience you deserve!  You may view our complete return policy here.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories.  International shipping is coming SOON!

Processing and Shipping

Our hair is sourced and shipped directly from the countries of origin.  Upon arrival to our facility, all hair shipments undergo a rigorous quality control process to ensure that you receive the absolute best.  Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing.  Orders are shipped & tracking is provided immediately after the processing period via USPS Priority Mail FREE OF CHARGE!  Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.  Please note all deliveries require a signature confirmation.  NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  A refund or replacement will not be issued.  It is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements with USPS for delivery options if necessary.   You must acknowledge & agree to our terms at check-out.  

Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Due to the nature of this product--human hair--returns are not accepted.  Exchanges will be made only if there is an error on our part (i.e. wrong texture, length, etc.).  We must receive notification of an error within 7 business days of receipt of the package.  Hair must be received in it's original condition and packaging, unwashed and unused.  Please read the product descriptions carefully before making a selection. We are not responsible if customers fail to care for the hair properly.

Fraud Alert 

We take fraud very seriously, and any unscrupulous activity will not be tolerated.  Please be aware that we have a system in place to detect fraudulent activity, and we will not hesitate to escalate these matters to the proper authorities.  An example of fraud is a customer placing an order, installing the hair, and then claiming to not have received it, filing a dispute with their payment processor.  Such actions are considered theft, and will be reported.
